I'm Edgar Vann, a master communicator with over 40 years of experience as a thought leader, life strategist, certified coach and speaker. I'm here to lead you with encouragement and a message of hope, personal development and transformational change.

I was just 21 years old when I accepted a position as pastor of a troubled congregation. At the time, the church had missed its last 31 mortgage payments and had just 66 members. Casting a vision of something greater for this organization, I had a plan, and immediately got to work. I took no salary, supporting myself as a bank teller while becoming laser focused on the financial recovery of this institution. In the first year, I led the church to emerge from all of its debt and exponentially increased the membership. Today, the church has engaged thousands of people across the world and through a highly financial successful mode, has invested nearly $90M into community and economic development, job placement and training, community health and criminal justice programs.

But that's not the end of the story. I became an overachiever, blessed with many gifts, talents and abilities and pushed myself over the edge and suffered a near death experience. This life-to-death, death-back-to-life experience solidified in me a passion to live life differently and share the principles of empowerment and life alignment with others.
